ST. JOHN’S Antigua, July 8th, 2020 – A reduction in the production of water as a result of technical issues at one of APUA’s reverse osmosis plants continues to affect the efficiency of the water distribution schedule.
As the situation remains fluid, APUA seeks to maintain the equitable distribution of water based on production levels. APUA recognizes the challenges and delay in providing water consistently in some areas. These areas have been identified and will be continually monitored. The APUA Water Business Unit reminds customers to exercise conservation measures in homes and businesses to prolong the supply of water in storage facilities. Work is ongoing to resolve the technical issues affecting water production and distribution.
