ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, August 30th, 2019 – The APUA Telecommunications Business Unit would like to notify residents that it is beginning the next phase of expanding its fibre network. The Authority has solicited the services of a consultant for this venture. As part of the expansion, the consultants have commenced the process of collecting data that requires the taking of photographs of poles, landmarks and utility meters affixed to properties within residential areas.
The survey is expected to continue across the island over the course of the next few months. The public is advised not to be alarmed by the presence of the workmen. The consultants can be identified as affiliates of APUA by the APUA issued ID card.
